Your role

What you’ll be doing:

-Learn, support, and use ground-breaking technologies like Azure, GCP and AWS.
-Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to our customer’s individual needs
-Work on critical, highly complex problems documentation.
-Leverage your day-to-day experience to provide the voice of the customer to internal teams on how to improve our services
-Work with the technical team assist to write the SOP, SMTD, and KB for technical support experience.
